Summary

Working with the media can play an integral part of being a township official. Establishing and developing an effective working relationship with media professionals (television, radio, print, blogs, etc.) can enhance the day-to-day work of a township official and help in crisis situations. Sign up for part one of a two-part series with valuable insight into how to be proactive in your media relations strategy to deliver your key messages effectively. Part two of this series, focused on reactive communications and how to successfully handle crisis situations, will be shared at this year’s TOI Annual Educational Conference November 10-12, 2019.
