In this webinar, participants will learn about applicable state and federal laws regarding sexual harassment, what constitutes sexual harassment, the types of harassment, handling sexual harassment complaints, conducting investigations and taking appropriate corrective action when necessary. Participants will also learn about the need to have a sexual harassment policy and what type of language such a policy should include as well what notifications to employees are required regarding sexual harassment policies and zero tolerance standards.Expand summary
