As the country and the world grapple with how to deal with COVID-19 and its impact on the economy and workforce, many employers are asking whether vaccinations can be required. Multiple vaccines have proven effective against the COVID-19 virus, and two have obtained FDA approval. The seminar will discuss whether employers can require their employees to be vaccinated and other things to consider when implementing a COVID-19 vaccination plan.
